"They are very informal and a chance to chat and discuss any issues we feel are relevant at the time. Mostly to disuss new paperwork, for example support plans, but we also talk about things like interventions that have been successful and how we record and analyse data. We help support new sencos to the north shields schools.
We try to meet at different schools if we have the chance to have a look around, looking at displays and intervention areas." Jade Potter, Lead Sendco, NT
